A “Santa Barbara” style luxury spec home located in the exclusive Country Club neighborhood of La Jolla. Bothwell Company entitled, designed, and built this extraordinary luxury residence totaling 5,747sqft. This was a California Coastal Commission 50% remodel exemption project.
