Forbes Magazine names North Park as one of “America’s Hippest Hipster Neighborhoods.” Bothwell Company entitled, designed, and built this timeless and iconic 33,000sqft mixed-use building located in the heart of North Park, San Diego. The project consists of three buildings, 34 units with 27,000sqft of residential and 5,800sqft of commercial including a commercial roof deck.
